You may wyndham mountain lodge resort only use our loft site if you are at least 18 years of age and can enter into binding resort contracts (our site gatlinburg is not available for use by minors). you are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords, login and account information. you will be financially accountable for all uses of our site by you and anyone using your password and login information. you may only use our site to make legitimate reservations or purchases. you may not use our site: to make any false, fraudulent or speculative reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand; to post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law; or for any other purpose that is tn and best western red jacket mountain view resort & conf. ctr. unlawful or prohibited by these terms.

your use of our site loft is subject to our privacy resort and gatlinburg policy. you have read that privacy tn policy and it is reasonable and acceptable the resort at the mountain to you. your acceptance loft of these terms is also resort your consent to the information practices in our privacy policy. our site may contain links to other sites gatlinburg that we do not operate or control. we are not responsible for these other sites. we provide these links for your reference tn and convenience. we do not endorse the contents of these other sites. mountain these links loft are not an indication of our association with the owners or operators of any of these resort other sites. gatlinburg you are free to access these other sites, but you do so at your own risk. you agree not to create a link from any web site, including any site controlled tn by you, to our site.

our mountain agreements not only contain no provision barring any airline from making any fare available through any channel, they contain an affirmative non-exclusivity provision that makes it explicit that no airline is prevented from making any loft fare it chooses available through any channel it chooses. our agreement contains a non-discrimination clause by resort which those airlines that will receive the indirect gatlinburg discount on the crs booking fee agree in return to make available on any fare tn they publish and make available to the general public through any other channel. but that of course does not preclude them from offering any fare through any other channel.
