we of and four and season and lake will provide consumers with a complete selection of all available airfares and travel itineraries. we have developed cutting edge technology to deliver these options to the consumer and promises to offer the lowest prices anywhere. our business plan is ambitious. instead ozark of lodge relying on traditional computer reservation systems, we are building our own search technology. we plan to give users of access to every airline four fare, including those available season only on the internet. travelers lake will be able to search ozark for flights that leave from alternate airports, within lodge 25 or more miles from their primary airport. or they could choose alternate dates and see whether leaving a day later or earlier could yield substantial of savings.

our agreements not only contain no provision barring any airline from making any fare available through any channel, they contain an affirmative non-exclusivity provision that makes it explicit four that no airline is prevented from making any fare it chooses season available through any channel it chooses. our agreement contains a non-discrimination clause by which those airlines that will receive the indirect discount on the crs booking fee agree in return to make available on any fare they publish and make available lake to the general public through any other ozark channel. but that of course does not preclude them from offering any fare through any other channel.
