Our agreements not only contain no provision barring any airline from making any fare available through any channel, they contain an affirmative non-exclusivity provision that makes it explicit that no airline is prevented econo lodge from making any fare it chooses available through any channel it chooses. our agreement contains a non-discrimination clause by which those airlines that will receive the indirect discount lodge on the crs booking fee agree in return to make available on any fare they publish and make available to the general public through any other channel. watertown but that of course does not preclude them from offering any fare through any other channel.

you may only use our site if you are at least 18 years of age and can enter into binding contracts (our site is not available for use by minors). econo you are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords, login and account information. you will be financially accountable for all uses of our site by you and anyone using your password and login information. you may lodge only use our site to make legitimate reservations or purchases. you may not watertown use our econo site: lodge to make any false, fraudulent or speculative reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand; to post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or watertown encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law; or for any other purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms.

airlines make nearly all their fares that are available to the general public available through all channels, from full fare down to their most heavily discounted fares. any normal fare, made available months in advance in the normal way, is made available econo through all channels. web fares, however, are different than normal fares. they typically constitute less than one tenth of 1% of the fares an airline offers, and are normally made available only a few days before flight time, and only on flights lodge which have an unusually high number of empty seats. web fares thus are seldom available, are unpredictable, watertown and are offered at very low prices.
