we will provide consumers with a complete selection of all available airfares and travel itineraries. we have developed cutting edge technology to deliver these options to the consumer and promises to offer the lowest prices anywhere. our business plan is ambitious. instead toledo of relying on traditional computer reservation systems, we are building our own search technology. we plan to give users econo access to every airline fare, including those available only on the internet. travelers will be able to lodge search for flights that leave from alternate airports, within 25 or more miles from their primary airport. or they could choose alternate dates and see whether toledo leaving a day later or earlier could yield substantial savings.

our agreements not only contain no provision barring any airline from making any fare available through any channel, they contain an affirmative non-exclusivity provision that makes it explicit that no airline is prevented from making any fare it chooses available econo through any channel it chooses. our agreement contains a non-discrimination clause by which those airlines that will receive the indirect discount on the crs booking fee agree in return to make available on any fare they publish and lodge make available to the general public through toledo any other channel. but that of course does not preclude them from offering any fare through any other channel.
