Our agreements not only contain no provision Econo barring any airline from making any fare available through any channel, they contain an affirmative non-exclusivity provision that makes it explicit that no airline is prevented from making any fare it chooses available through any channel it chooses. Our agreement contains a non-discrimination clause by which those airlines holiday lake lodge south tahoe and south that will receive the indirect discount on the crs booking fee agree in return to make available on any fare they publish and make available to the general public lake through any other channel. but that of course does tahoe not preclude them from offering any fare through any other channel.

you may only use our site if you econo are at least 18 years lodge and south of age and can enter into binding contracts (our lake site is not available tahoe for use by minors). you are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords, login and account information. you will be financially accountable for all uses of our site by you and anyone using your password and login information. you may only use our econo site to make legitimate reservations or purchases. lodge and south you may not use our site: to make any false, fraudulent or speculative reservation lake or any reservation in anticipation of demand; to post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, libelous, tahoe and econo defamatory, obscene, indecent, lodge inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct south that would be considered lake a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law; or for any other purpose tahoe that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms.
