it is absolutely clear that airlines do not have the ability to drive consumers rock to channels which the airlines, rather than consumers, prefer. if one or more airlines attempted to springs do so, the others would increase their market share by appealing to those same consumers through the channel those consumers prefer. no airline can afford to turn its back on any subgroup of consumers. no airline can afford to be anything other than as competitive and as attractive as it can possibly be through each channel to the consumers that prefer that channel. this is a reality that grows ultimately out of the fact that the airline business is a very low margin business - any airline that lost even a small group of passengers would be at risk of swinging from profitable to money-losing in an instant. airlines scrap for every last passenger because they have to.

we may, at any time and without advance notice or liability, terminate econo or restrict your access to all or any component of our site. we will use our reasonable commercial efforts to keep our site available on a 24-hour/7-day-a- lodge and rock week basis, subject to necessary scheduled downtime for maintenance, unscheduled maintenance and system outages. your springs access to our site may not be uninterrupted or available at all times. econo we cannot promise that our site will lodge be error-free, that defects or errors will be corrected or that our site or the servers that make it available are free from viruses or other harmful components. you will not use any device, rock software or routine that interferes or attempts to interfere with the normal operation of our springs site or take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our computer equipment.
