You econo lodge may only use our site if you are at least 18 years of age and can enter into binding contracts (our site is not available for use by minors). you are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords, lodge login and account information. you martin will be financially accountable for all uses of our site by you and anyone using your econo password lodge and login information. you may only use our site to make legitimate reservations or purchases. you may not use our site: to make any false, fraudulent or speculative reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand; to post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, martin libelous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or any material that econo could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil lodge liability, or otherwise violate any law; or for any other purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms.

it is absolutely clear that airlines martin do not have the ability to drive consumers to channels which the airlines, rather than consumers, prefer. if one or more airlines attempted to do so, the others would increase their market share by appealing to those same consumers through the channel those consumers prefer. no airline can afford to turn its back on any subgroup of consumers. no airline can afford to be anything other than as competitive and as attractive econo as it can possibly be through each channel to the consumers that prefer that channel. this is a reality that grows ultimately out of the fact that the airline business is a very low lodge margin business - any airline martin and econo that lost even a small group of passengers would be at risk lodge of swinging from martin profitable to money-losing in an instant. airlines scrap for every last passenger because they have to.
