Our agreements not econo lodge only contain no provision barring any airline from making any fare available through any channel, they contain an affirmative lodge non-exclusivity provision that makes it explicit that no airline is prevented from making any fare it chooses available through any channel it chooses. our agreement contains a non-discrimination clause by which those darien airlines that will receive the indirect discount on the crs booking fee agree in return to make available on lakes any fare they publish and make available to the general public through any other channel. but that of course does not preclude them from offering any fare through any other channel.

you may only use our site if you are at least 18 years of age and can enter into binding contracts (our site is econo not available for use by minors). you are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords, login and account information. you will be financially accountable for all uses of our site lodge by you and anyone using your password and login information. you may only use our site to make legitimate reservations darien or purchases. you may not use our site: to make any false, fraudulent or speculative reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand; to post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, pornographic lakes or profane material or any material that econo could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law; or for any other purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms.

we will provide consumers with a complete selection of all available airfares and travel itineraries. we have developed cutting edge technology to deliver these options to the consumer and promises to offer the lowest prices anywhere. our business lodge plan is ambitious. instead of relying on traditional computer reservation systems, we are building our own search darien technology. we plan to give users access to every airline fare, including those available only on lakes the internet. travelers will be able to search for flights that leave from alternate airports, within 25 or more miles from their primary airport. or they could choose alternate dates and see whether leaving a day later or earlier could yield substantial savings.
