Our agreements not only contain no provision barring any airline from making any fare available through any channel, they contain an affirmative non-exclusivity provision that makes it explicit that no airline is prevented from making any fare it chooses available through any channel it chooses. Our agreement contains a non-discrimination econo lodge and lodge clause by which those airlines that will receive the indirect discount on the crs booking fee agree in return to make available on any fare they publish and make bordentown available to the general public through any other channel. but that of course does not preclude them from offering any fare through any other econo channel.

you may only use our site if you are at least lodge 18 years of age and can enter into binding contracts (our site is not available for bordentown use by minors). you are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords, login and account information. you will be financially accountable for all uses of our site by econo you and anyone using your password and login information. lodge you may only bordentown use econo our site to make legitimate reservations or purchases. you may not use our site: to make any false, fraudulent lodge or speculative reservation or any reservation in anticipation bordentown of demand; to post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, econo libelous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, pornographic lodge or profane material or any material that could bordentown constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law; or for any other purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms.
